 COASTANCE TECHNICAL SEMINAR in ROME 26th-27th January
A technical seminar in Rome (at the ISPRA offices in Viale Vitaliano Brancati 48) will be held next 26th and 27th January to share and deepen COASTANCE main issues.The opening of the seminar will be dedicated to the new cluster FACECOAST presentation (26th Jan. morning). The 26th January's afternoon session will focus on the COASTANCE component 5 “Guidelines for Environmental Impacts Studies focused on coastal protection works and plans”, whereas the 27th January's morning session will be dedicated to the component 3 “Coastal risks : Submersion and Erosion”, and the 27th January's afternoon session to the component 4 “Territorial action plans for coastal protection management”.  DUNEA ACTIVITIES
Under the scope of the project activities of the Croatian COASTANCE partner, Dubrovnik Neretva County Regional Development Agency DUNEA, in association with local high school from Korcula island, an educational lecture and eco-quiz for fifth grades has been held in the premises of the school.
The lecture was also followed by the eco initiative of the school to show the importance of keeping the coast clean and preserved.

EXPOBEACH - the Sea Expo , 4th Edition  Next 13 and 14 Apr. 2011 the Coastance project was presented at Expobeach by Mr Alexandre Richard, Département de l’Hérault.
